Susan Ballard joins Cambridge Who's Who Honors Edition Read more »» ASID members celebrate 17th year of participation in The Fantasy of Trees, benefiting Children's Hospital. 
The Fantasy of Trees is Children’s Hospital‘s largest fund raising event. Over 9000 volunteers participated this year to put the event together. The Knoxville District has worked on a room scene for the last 17 out of the 23 years that the fund-raiser has been in existence. The Knoxville District has involved professional and allied members as well as students over the years to design a room scene for the hospital. Local businesses loan the furniture for the room and doctor’s sponsor the cost of the ornaments and Christmas decorations. Visitors to the event purchase the tree and donated items. It is then delivered by another team of volunteers to the new owner’s home and set –up for Christmas. Knoxville has helped to raise over $25,000.00 for Children’s Hospital.
